An intimate gathering of black women designed to nurture your heart, renew your mind, and recharge your soul.

As a leader, change-maker, or founder, you're used to carrying the weight of others—guiding, building, and pouring out. But where do you go to pause, process, and be poured into?

The Black Women Resting Group is a soul nourishing space designed for change-makers, founders or women in transition, who are desiring rest for their bodies and their souls.

Over five months, we’ll journey together through

  • Pre-Recorded Videos - Discussion around video content that feels like honest and unhurried conversations.

  • Slowed-Down Gathering – We embrace a rhythm of rest and reflection, unlearning hustle and rediscovering rest.

  • Supper Club – A Pan-African-inspired dinner for NYC/NJ participants, gathering in person at least once.

  • Intentional Retreat – We encourage attending a Cultivate Vibrance Retreat for deeper rest and renewal.

If you're longing for a season of intentional care, healing, and reconnection with God, this is for you. No pre-work just show up!

  • The content is based on Matthew 11:28 where Jesus says

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

    Each month we’ll discuss:

    1. A biblical rest principle.

    2. A practice for our mental and emotional health.

    3. A plan to help develop regular rhythms of rest for different seasons of life.

    Topics include:

    • Rest & Prayer

    • Rest, Work & Identity

    • Rest & Trust

    • Rest & Relationship

    • Rest & Sabbath

    • A Supper Club: One in-person gathering with a meal curated by Pan-African inspired cuisine.

    • Pre-Recorded Sessions: Honest discussions based on the Black Women Resting video series with a corresponding Rest Guides.

    • Supportive Community: Five online gatherings.

    • Optional Retreat: Special pricing for the Camp Wellness Retreat or the Brunch Well Day Retreat.

  • The Black Women Resting Group is bringing together women ready to have a focused season investing in their soul care.
