Share an achievement from your leadership journey: My biggest achievement in my organization is consistently being trusted with more responsibility. From adding departments under my leadership to being consulted on major organizational decision, I believe my colleagues and board members know my commitment to serve our organization.

How are you investing in others through your leadership? There are times when I was overlooked as a "leader" because of my quiet demeanor and the fact that I'm an introvert. I hope to invest in those similar to myself. Whatever that looks like, mentorship or just being in community, I want people to know leadership is more than just being the most outspoken or even most visible. Leadership, to me, starts in the heart.

What are you learning about yourself and God in this season? I'm learning what truly makes me happy in life and the importance of taking care of my mental health. I'm also learning that God really cares about these things as well.

The mission of Cultivate Vibrance is to inspire black women in leadership to be well, lead with authenticity and live vibrantly. What does this mean to you? To me, "be well" means your spirit, mind and body are in good health. If any one of those areas are not healthy, I am not well. Leading with authenticity means to lead as myself, not try to copy anyone else's style. My style is enough as long as I'm being true to who I am and also willing to continuously learn. Living vibrantly to me means actually enjoying life! Doing things I love that bring me joy, energize me and keep me feeling completely alive.
