Unlocking Potential

Meet Stephanie, she learned of Cultivate Vibrance through her church and is currently the head of people and culture at COTA, a healthcare data tech company. Get to know Stephanie!

Share an achievement from your leadership journey: I began an accountability group for women to hold each other accountable and encourage each other to achieve goals we set for ourselves. Each of us set one business/professional goal, one personal goal and one spiritual goal.

God used me to build their mindset and challenge them to go farther than they’ve ever gone before. Seeing them meet their goals was a huge marker of success for the program.

What are you learning about yourself and God in this season? I am learning that the best way to grow is to do the hard things; do something I’ve never done before. And with God, I’m learning just how true it is that He has the key to all the doors. It is God who opens and closes them and we should pursue and walk through the doors He opens for us.

What does it mean to you to be well, live with authenticity and live vibrantly? I believe being well is tightly tied to authenticity and the freedom to flourish as yourself. Living an authentic, vibrant life for me  is expressed when I’m working to complete those assignments aligned with my God-given purpose.

How are you investing in others through your leadership? Currently, I am the head of people and culture at COTA, a healthcare data tech company. I use my influence and leadership to create a stellar culture in which our employees love working for us, with each other and toward our mission. At this point in my service to COTA, I am leading the development of a relevant training program that will add lasting impact on our employees while their working on our vision and after they move on to other endeavors.
