Share an achievement from your leadership journey: I’m celebrating starting grad school! I’m excited to improve my leadership in the classroom and pursue professional development.

What are you learning about yourself and God in this season? God’s heart for work and rest has been resonating with me this season. I’m practicing new rhythms and creating space for both to exist.

What does it mean to you to be well, live with authenticity and live vibrantly? It means that I’m conscientious about acknowledging my limits with frequent check-ins to take care of my whole self and bringing all things before the Lord, including the discontentment that usually leads to striving.

How are you investing in others through your leadership? I’m hoping to create spaces for people to meaningfully connect and reflect in order to positively impact the trajectory of their life.
