We invite you into a space dedicated to honest discussions for black women leaders, nurtures you as a whole person, and is deeply rooted in faith.
Are you a business leader, nonprofit leader, or entrepreneur who is out here doing your thing and need a space to be built up in your mental and physical health while being grounded in Biblical faith? Join a nurturing community designed for Black female leaders to invest intentionally in their Soul Care. What is Soul Care? It is nurturing your relationship with God, fostering self-awareness, and staying grounded in a supportive community.
Why are Soul Care Groups necessary?
Feeling burnt out from the demands of leadership? Looking to prioritize your self care and growth? With an intimate circle of leaders, experience: devotionals, thought-provoking discussions, workshops, guest speakers, a seasonal planner, and of course, delicious meals in a supportive environment, and more. Whether you're a seasoned professional or navigating your next steps, our group provides an intimate circle of leaders.
What’s Included
Cohort Dates:
April 2025 - August 2025
Meeting Dates/Times Options:
1st Mondays of the month, 7pm-8:30pm
3rd Fridays of the month, 9am-10:30am
Prayer & Stillness Practices, devotionals, discussions, with video based thought leaders content
Authentic and tailored community of 12 women
Online group with opportunities to meet for in person supper clubs
Optional Retreat
Supper Club: In-person gatherings will have meals curated by our Pan-African inspired cuisine provided by Black-owned restaurants and chefs.
Expert-Led Sessions: Women will hear topics led our expert team.
Prayer Practices: Learn 5 prayer practices in order to navigate leadership and ground you.
Supportive Community: A group chat and 5 monthly virtual/in-person gatherings.
Soul Care Resources: Videos, recommended books, podcasts, and playlists exclusively for members.
Pattern Planner: To help you build a life that prioritizes prayer, people who matter to you, career, and personal self-care

This group is a deep dive into individual and communal soul care practices for women navigating the demands and often lonely aspects of leadership. We partner with you in investing your emotional and physical health as a stewardship of your faith. We are focused on curbing social isolation and burnout in black women leaders.

The material is based on the Christian faith. Through this group, we are intentional about developing all parts of women, and see it as a stewardship of our faith. Whether you haven’t been in church for a while, feel disconnected from God, figuring it all out or desiring to make a better mind, body and Spirit connection, this is for you! Our one ask is that we are respectful of each person’s faith journey.
